Two blade lengths, which one fits your catch?
• Small Fillet knife (12 cm) Ideal for smaller fish like trout and perch, this knife features a floating design and a sharp UHC steel blade for delicate, precise filleting.
• Big Fillet knife (19 cm) Designed for fish in the 2–3 kg range such as pike or larger perch, this longer knife offers flexibility and control when filleting bigger catches.
Both knives are crafted from premium carbon steels, either Ultra High Carbon (UHC) or Premium Carbon Steel, and fitted with stained curly birch handles treated with linseed oil for a secure grip, even when wet.
