What shipping carrier do you use?
For international deliveries we have partnered up with DHL Express.

Shipping options
If you choose DHL Express (6-9 days), the shipping fee will be added to your order after you have selected shipping options. Shortly after we send your order, you will receive either an email or text message with DHL's tracking code and estimated delivery time. By clicking on the link in the message, you can choose the best possible delivery option for you. Delivery can be made to the home address, to DHL Service Point or DHL Parcel Lockers. If you choose delivery to DHL Service Point or Parcel Locker, the shipment will be held for 14 days before being returned. 

Do you ship all over the world?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. 

Any order shipped to a destination outside of the region Europe may be subject to import taxes or customs duties. As the recipient, you are the importer and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Exact import taxes and duties vary, depending on the destination country. Import taxes and duties for regions outside of Europe are collected by the international carrier upon delivery.

Return Policy
All customers have the right to regret the purchase within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods. Even if the customer regrets the purchase, he or she must collect the goods and after that return it to Roselli Oy. If returning, the receipt must be attached. Please contact Roselli Oy before returning the goods. When returning the purchase, the goods must be in the same condition as when delivered. Engraved products are not covered by the return policy. The customer must pay for the return freight and is also responsible for delivery to Roselli Oy. Returned products will be compensated with the value of goods.
